Caffé Avanti, the locally owned gourmet coffee, sandwich and dessert shop located off Green Mount Road in O'Fallon, has signed a five-year lease with the Writers' Lofts in downtown Belleville.Their ground-level café, the company's second location, could open by March 1.
Owner Joe Lebryk said "the total revitalization of downtown Belleville" is what drew him to the site.
